Happy Saturday everyone. We are back from our road trip. Had a great time seeing alot of quilt shops and alot of Iowa. Ohhhh and a LOT of CORN!!! It is everywhere. Of course we had to stop at a roadside place and pick up some for home. Hunka and I are going to freeze it for winter time when we can’t buy it.
Before we left Hunka had over 40 quilt shops in the GPS ready to go. We didn’t make them all of course but we did hit quite a few. Then the girls at Country Threads gave us the Shop Hop map with over 90 Iowa shops. I’m thinking I might need to move to Iowa. That is a lot of shops! Such nice people too at every single place. Matter of fact, nice people everywhere we went in Iowa. The trip went well, only one gigantic rock hit the windshield and broke it but that can be fixed. All in all it was a great trip.
New things came in while I was gone. It’s always nice to come home to a stack of Moda boxes. Nothing says, Welcome more than those boxes!! lolol
I am so in the mood for Fall and Halloween aren’t you? I’m trying to decide what little table topper to make first with all the cute Halloween fabric I have in stock.
I’ve reordered this fabric again. Some of you want to use it as your backing for the Sew Spooky BOM that we are doing. I’m using it on mine too. It’s perfect I thought. If you ordered it and didn’t get it with kit 1 don’t worry, I’ll send it with #2. I was in a hurry sending out kit 1 before we left on our trip.
I am in LOVE with this tablecloth. It’s 65 inches square in case you need to know the size. LOVE IT!!! I’ve got on order a Halloween one, a Christmas one and I forget what else. Ohhhh napkins too.
BE still my heart!! This fabric has got to be the neatest retro fabric for Christmas. I only ordered a couple bundles. But it is wonderful. I wouldn’t lie to ya. :) Dear Mr. Claus is what it’s called. You saw some of the bolts on my last newsletter I think it was.
Stitch it for Christmas by Lynette Anderson is on order and should ship in August I believe. I’ll get it on the website so you can preorder if want to get a copy of it.
Red Home by Natalie Bird is on it’s way to me now. Natalie has shipped my books so I’m just waiting for them. You can reserve one on the website and then I’ll invoice you for the balance when they get here.

New Sunbonnet Sue book. It’s not really a new new book I dont think but it is to me.
I have lots of new kits to show but I need to get them on the website first then I’ll be back. You can check it out soon and they will be there. I’m working on a new Christmas mini and table topper too.
The Little House BOM will go out this week, and if you didn’t get your Halloween BOM yet and I got your payment it will ship this week also. Most went out last week. The Button BOM from Fernhill should be here again soon. Man are the months flying by or is it just me??
