Daisy News…………FINALLY!!!

Sorry I’ve been MIA. Time is flying by and I seriously mean that. We were on vacation, Boo came to visit with his girlfriend Hillarie, then we had a graduation, a wedding, a graduation party and now we are babysitting my sisters dog. One more day then it’s ME time again. I have to say I enjoy having a dog around again. Sorry for the delay in getting out the BOM’s. I know some of completely missed in May. Hey at least you saved some money for that month right?? lolol Don’t hate me ok?? :)
When Boo was in town Wilster came over and we all got together, made pizza on the grill. Have you ever done that? It is soooo good. Even better with my boys.
While I’ve been sitting home this week with Milly the dog, I did get to sew. What else could I do? Take her for a walk you say?? I leave that up to the hubster. It has been nice though having a four legged friend here again. Actually it makes us want to get a new doggy but we agreed to wait until the beginning of next year. We still have a couple trips left to take this year and it wouldn’t be fair to a dog to do that.
So here goes what I’ve been working on……………I’ve been sewing like crazy and have some new kits on the website. All of these will be under KITS. Or, JUST ADDED.
This one is called Red Ladders. You know me and the RED. Love it. The kit is on the website and if your doing my Monthly Mini this is what’s on it’s way to you. Well it will be tomorrow. :)
Woodlands Square………..Kit comes with the fabric for the top, backing and binding.
This is the backing I used. As long as it lasts the same fabs will be in the kit.
I love my clothesline that hunka put up for me. It’s come in very handy.
More kits………..
Stars For Momma this is called. The kit will make the size that is in the book. I made it smaller. I made only 9 blocks instead 16 I think it is.
You’ll need to buy the book Clothesline Quilts to make it. The book is in the Clearance section on the website. I’m going to be making more of the quilts in this book and kitting them too.
Love this tablerunner pattern. It is soooooo simple to make. I want to make them in every color combo. It’s called Rick Rack Runner on the website.
I’ve kitted them in these two colorways for now. They are both made using Civil War fabs. Red or Orange/Black
Love this!!! finally got it quilted. Still need to do the binding. This kit is called, Random Hearts Quilt.
New books…………..Three good ones I think.

Most of the Fernhill Buttons have been sent out for #3. #4 is being sent to us in a couple days so I’ll be invoicing everyone again. Seems like I just did that yesterday. Time is flying, I told you!! Are you keeping up?? I’m still on #1. I know, I know!!! I had good intentions.
I’ll be invoicing everyone soon for the first block on the Halloween BOM too. Sew Spooky. I think we are full but I’d have to look to tell you for sure. This is going to be a fun quilt. I’ve never done a Halloween BOM before.
There’s more to tell you about but I’ll stop there. Be back soon with the rest of the story. Haaaaaaaaa Always wanted to say that.

Yep I’ve been doing it all. I have a couple new samples I’ll be showing that someone did for me. But the ones I’ve shown recently I did.
