How’s it going?  Is everyone busy sewing since the holidays are gone and over?  I can tell more are getting back to their sewing machines by the orders I’m getting.  And that’s a good thing. Thank you so much.  And thank you for the nice emails you send me.  It’s so nice to get “nice” emails.  :)

I’ve been busy over here too, sewing.  I even made two of my own designs which I love.  I do not love writing patterns of course but that comes with the territory.  Here’s one that I finished and it’s on the website.

I’m going to call it Stars and a Bird.  Clever don’t ya think? You can find the kit under KITS.  Clever again huh??

A few new things came in.

A Year of Cozy Comforts by Dawn Heese. I love this book. So many good ideas inside.

Crap Apple Hill Designs has new patterns out.    Don’t you love stitching her designs and using your crayon box?

All My Eggs in One Basket

I finished this quilt top. Next I’ll be loading it on the Gammill and quilting it.  I haven’t used that in awhile and I’m dying to get back in there and use her.   The kit is on the website.  It’s called Random Hearts Quilts.  I love the red and the aqua color together.

I could have stopped with this block the way it is. But it goes with the Vintage Memories BOM that I’m currently doing.  In reds, yellows and blues.

Here are the first three blocks. You do two each month. You can still join us if you want.  After I make block 4 I’ll close it.  I love this so far.

Vignette 6 will be shipped to me next week.  You can still purchase it on the website.   It looks like a good issue.  But aren’t they all?

This is the sneak peek of Lynette Andersons new Button BOM.  That is a button of the month.  There is no fabric included in this.  The pattern and button are included each month. All of the buttons are so cute.  They are only available in the kit each month as well as the pattern.   I still have a few spots left in this. Lynette has sold out so I can’t order anymore.  If your thinking about doing it, now is the time.  It is 9 months.  Starting in March with the first one.

I now have the Primitive Quilts and projects in stock. I have a couple Winter issues and then I have Spring.  It’s a great magazine.  I’ll be getting each issue after this too.  I’m glad so many of you like it.
